Alan and Morag have been in the kennel industry for over 20 years and have a continual policy of improvement in all aspects of animal care and welfare. Their warm and welcoming manner always puts our customers at ease knowing their pets will be well looked after during their stay.

All of the staff enjoy working here and although it is a business it has a family atmosphere, we all feel like an important part of the business as everyone's opinions and suggestions count.

Kennels Staff

Jen

Jen has worked at Allers Farm Kennels since 2008 and originally joined the team in the role of hydrotherapist. She was promoted in 2010 and she now holds the position of Kennels Manager. She is qualified to HND level in animal care and management and holds certificates in Canine Hydrotherapy. Jen is now responsible for the day to day running of the kennels. Jen lives on site and is on hand for the times Alan and Morag go on their travels. Jen has 3 cats, Alfie, Oran and Murphy and a miniature Dachsund called Schuyler.

Sandra

Sandra started work at the kennels in 2007 as a kennel assistant although she had no previous experience working with animals other than her own cats and dogs. She has now become a valued member of staff and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is very caring and hardworking and will make sure your pets stay is a good one. Sandra has a Staffy called Lola and 2 cats, Jasper and Phoebe.

Kerrie

Kerrie joined us in May 2016 for our busy summer season, due to her hardworking and friendly approach to her work she has remained with us. Kerrie has Roxy the Staffy, Hogan the German Shepherd and we cant forget about Mouse the cat! Kerrie loves working with all the large dogs that come into stay with us but we always catch her snuggled up in a kennel with the small fluffy ones!
